Before and after bilateral breast reduction in a 22 year old woman. She had heavy, dense breast tissue that interfered with her ability to do sports or find a dress where the top fit the bottom. Her areolas were enlarged as if she was lactating – but she had never been pregnant!
A breast reduction removed some of her heavy breast tissue but kept a good amount of residual tissue so that she stayed proportional to the rest of her body curves. Her areola diameter was reduced and her nipples were lifted to a more aesthetic position on the breast.
Follow up photos are shown over a year after surgery. She is so happy with her new breasts and very happy to hear that she will likely still be able to breast feed future babies.
