Before and after bilateral breast reduction in a 58 year old woman. Her breasts were literally reaching her belly button, they drooped so low. She specialized in designing custom burlesque corsets for a living, and couldn’t stand that she was unable to wear her own garments without bursting out of the top of the sides!
A breast reduction removed much of her excess breast tissue from the bottom and sides of her breasts. Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery. Her scars are starting to mature and will fade to a pale color over the next half year. And she’s now designing corsets for herself!
