Before and after breast reduction in a 53 year old woman. She had large, heavy breasts that were out of proportion to her body and were causing physical symptoms.
A breast reduction removed the bottom part of her breast and reshaped the rest of her breast tissue into a perkier shape. Liposuction defatted the sides of her breasts and her axillary rolls (armpit fat).
Follow up photos are shown 7 months after surgery. Her scars are nearly mature and she is so happy she did it!
