Before and after breast reduction in a 65 year old woman. She was sick and tired of her heavy, pendulous breasts that had caused back pain, neck strain, shoulder grooves and prevented her from exercise for over 40 years!
A breast reduction removed much of her heavy breast tissue and reshaped her breasts to a more aesthetic and youthful position on her chest. She stayed proportional to her frame. Liposuction of the axillary rolls and back fat/bra roll helped to contour this area as well.
Follow up photos are shown 4 months after surgery. Her scars are maturing nicely and she had started to exercise for the first time since her 20’s! Note the dramatic lift of her nipples, when comparing the location of a mole on her upper outer side of her right breast before and after surgery.
