Before and after breast reduction with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 48 year old woman. She had been considering a breast reduction for years, and she finally had the courage to do it!
Her breast size and volume was reduced, but she remained proportional to her frame. Liposuction at the sides of her breasts and the armpit area, extending to the back fat/bra roll complimented the procedure. A breast reduction always includes a very significant lift to the breasts.
Follow up photos are shown at 4 months after surgery. Her scars are maturing nicely and she is expressing what most breast reduction patients say: “Why did I wait so long??”!
