Before and after breast reconstruction by breast reduction and lift in a 44 year old woman with a right sided breast cancer. She had completed neoadjuvant chemotherapy and was ready for a lumpectomy. Her reconstruction was performed by the local tissue rearrangement technique (breast reduction and lift).
A left sided breast reduction and lift was also performed at the same procedure. Radiation started 6 weeks after surgery and continued for 5 weeks. Follow up photos are shown one year after surgery and around 9 months after radiation ended.
