26-year-old woman with bilateral slightly tubular breasts who wished to have increased breast fullness and improved symmetry. Silicone gel breast implants placed above the muscle created a fuller breast volume, more natural breast shape and better symmetry to her breasts so that she no longer felt the need to wear padded bras.
