Before and after breast augmentation in a 27 year old woman who has not had children yet. Smooth round silicone gel implants were placed on top of the muscle to create a feminine, full result. She had mildly inverted nipples but these were left alone.
Follow up images are shown at 6 months postoperatively. She loves her result and feels like she can finally have the look she was previously creating using heavily padded bras!
If her nipples are still inverted after she has children and successfully breast feeds them (which is the norm for women with breast augmentation – most are able to without any difficulty), she is interested in inverted nipple repair, which is done as an in-office procedure.
