Before and after bilateral breast augmentation and liposuction of the axillary rolls as part of a Mommy Makeover in a 38-year-old woman. After breastfeeding, she lost all the fullness of her breast. She was looking to restore her lost volume but to keep a natural looking result.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position through an incision hidden in her breast fold. At the same procedure, a tummy tuck removed excess fat and skin from her lower abdomen, it repaired her rectus diastasis and created a smoother, flatter belly.
Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits, abdomen, flanks, pubic region and upper inner thighs. Follow up photos are shown 2 years after surgery.
