28-year-old woman with a history of a past breast reduction followed by significant weight loss. She noted loss of breast volume and a flat projection to her breasts. Her goals of obtaining more youthful-looking breasts with a better aesthetic contour were achieved by inserting silicone gel breast implants above the muscle, using one of her previous breast reduction scars.
