Before and after breast augmentation in a 39 year old woman with preexisting breast asymmetry and a mildly tubular breast shape.  Her goal was to be proportional to the rest of her body (as is the goal for most of our breast implant patients!).

Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed in the subglandular position to create a more proportional breast volume and shape.  Two different sized implants were required to achieve symmetry of her breast volume.  In fact over fifty percent of our breast augmentation patients require different implants for the very best symmetry.

She also had several benign pigmented skin growths on her chest called seborrheic keratoses.  She was thrilled to learn they could be shaved off while she was asleep during surgery.   While this is a genetic predisposition and she will likely make more of them over her lifetime, she loves not having them on her breasts and chest anymore!

Follow up images are shown at 3 weeks postoperatively. She had very little swelling and has recently resumed exercise.  She feel very comfortable in her skin and her nerves are nearly awake.
