Before and after breast augmentation using smooth round silicone gel breast implants in a 33 year old woman.
She had pendulous, droopy nipples from breast feeding her children; she wished to have a nipple reduction at the same time. She was offered a lift at the same time to centralize her nipples and lift them to a higher position on the breast but she decided to leave them alone.
Follow up images are shown at 3 months postoperatively. The nipple reduction helped to stabilize the nipples and make them less droopy. She feels comfortable with her breasts and is “able to fill out a bra but still feels very natural now”.
