Before and after breast augmentation in a 27 year old woman. Smooth round silicone gel implants were placed subglandularly, on top of her pectoralis major muscles.
Follow up images are seen at one year postoperatively. She feel more proportional to her curves and is thrilled with the outcome of her surgery!
