Before and after bilateral breast augmentation with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 48-year-old woman with postpartum deflation of her breast volume. She was looking for a subtle, natural looking result that suited her slender frame and wouldn’t be obvious to others.
We ask our patients to find “wish pictures” that show the look, size, shape and outcome they are going for - and to use photos that look similar to their own body size and shape. In this case, she was going for a very natural result. Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were inserted through an incision in her breast fold and were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Liposuction removed a small amount of excess fat from her armpits at the same surgery.
I rarely share the details of which size implants were used, since the final outcome is the most important factor, but since you asked - the implants we selected were 285 cc on the each side.
