Before and after bilateral breast augmentation in a 27-year-old woman. She had a beautiful breast shape to begin with – she had lost some weight and found her breasts had lost much of their volume as well. She wished to keep her current weight but regain her former breast fullness.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. After surgery, she took a week off work and three weeks off exercise.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. She is very pleased with her results, looks full and natural – and feels like her old self again! Plastic Surgery is all about restoring or improving body image, which is exactly what we achieved with this patient.
