Before and after bilateral breast augmentation in a 46-year-old woman. She had nicely shaped breasts that had lost volume after becoming a mother – she just wanted a little more upper pole fullness, but to still look natural. She usually wore a padded bra, and her goal was to have that look without needing to wear a bra.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Liposuction removed fat from her armpits to complement the procedure. After surgery, she took one week off work and three weeks off exercise.
Follow up photos are shown 2 months after surgery. She loves her results, and that she can remove the padding from her bras now – and have the same result she was creating before!
