Before and after bilateral breast augmentation in a 31-year-old woman. She was looking to be significantly larger than her natural breast size and to have a round, full, “somewhat fake-looking boobs.” She wore a heavily padded bra all the time and wished to have the results that she was creating in her bra – without needing to wear a bra.
At the same time as a body contouring procedure and labiaplasty, smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. After surgery, she resumed exercise in one month and got her full sensation back within three months.
Follow up photos are shown 10 months after surgery. She is very happy with her outcome – which is always the goal for our patients!
