Before and after bilateral breast augmentation in a 36-year-old woman. After breastfeeding her two children, her breasts had lost all their volume, and her nipples had a caved-in look. She not only wanted to restore her former breast volume, but to be a little fuller, similar to when she was nursing.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Her nipple collapse was corrected by the implants, which provided support for the breasts and nipples.
Follow up photos are shown 3 weeks after surgery. She will begin scar therapy in another week and has been cleared to resume full exercise.
