Before and after bilateral breast revision involving a redo mastopexy/breast reduction and lift with augmentation and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 38-year-old woman. Her past breast reduction had left her with low-hanging, boxy breasts devoid of upper pole fullness. Her goal was to have perkier breasts with more upper pole volume and less armpit and bra roll fat.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle in the prepectoral or subglandular position. Her lollipop scars were redone in order to make her areolas smaller and her nipples lifted. Excess skin, fat and a small amount of breast tissue was removed from the lower pole of the breasts. Liposuction removed fat from her armpits and bra rolls - known as the axillary rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 2 years after surgery, with mature scars, a perky, full but natural looking result, and a very happy patient!
