Before and after bilateral breast augmentation as part of a Mommy Makeover in a 57-year-old mother. Her goal was to restore her prior breast fullness but to have a very natural looking result.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Liposuction permanently removed unwanted, unwelcome stubborn fat from her axillary rolls (armpits, bra rolls) through a tiny incision hidden in each armpit.
Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery.
