Before and after bilateral tubular breast correction via breast augmentation and mastopexy with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 26-year-old woman. She had congenital breast asymmetry and a tubular breast shape, resulting in “pseudoptosis” (the appearance of droop due to a high breast fold and the majority of her breast tissue residing behind the nipple and areola).

Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Both nipples and areolas were lifted to a higher and more symmetric position on the breast mound, resulting in a lollipop scar and a short scar in the fold of the breast.

The implant filled out the bottom of the breast and created improved cleavage in the breasts and better symmetry. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpit regions and bra rolls.

Follow up photos are shown a year after surgery. Her scars are still maturing, and her sensation has completely recovered. She is very happy with her breasts!
