Before and after bilateral breast augmentation in a 28-year-old woman with tubular breasts. Her breasts were small with a somewhat conical shape – she wanted to be significantly fuller with a rounder breast base.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. After surgery, she took a week off work and three weeks off exercise and lifting more than 5 pounds.
Follow up photos are shown 9 months after surgery. Her scars are nearly mature, and she has regained all her sensation. She feels that her breasts look “normal” and natural.
