Before and after breast augmentation in a 38 year old woman. Her breasts were empty and deflated after having children. She wished to regain her volume and achieve a natural result.
Smooth round silicone gel implants were placed subglandularly. Follow up images are shown at 3 months after surgery. She feels like she has her old breasts back and is very comfortable with her body.
