Before and after breast augmentation in a 34 year old woman. She had always had smaller breasts but after breast feeding her son, she had lost whatever volume she had.
A breast augmentation restored her lost volume but kept a natural look and proportional volume to her breasts. Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position.
Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery.
