Before and after breast augmentation in a 44 year old woman. She was thin and very physically active and muscular. She wanted a proportional and natural result that would not interfere with her exercise.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the pectoralis major muscle, in the subglandular position. Liposuction removed fat from her armpit region, known as the axillary rolls.
Early follow up photos are shown just 3 weeks after surgery. She has minimal swelling and a natural result.
