Before and after bilateral mastopexy and augmentation with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 37-year-old woman who had lost a significant amount of weight and with those pounds, all her breast volume and structure. She wanted her former breast fullness back and to feel proportional with the rest of her body.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the prepectoral position. Her nipples were lifted, and excess lower pole breast skin was trimmed via a breast lift. Liposuction permanently removed excess fat from her bra rolls and armpits.
Follow up photos are shown 2 years after surgery, with fading scars and her final results.
