Before and after liposuction of the arms in a 51-year-old woman. She had lost some weight, but she still had unwanted fat in her arms. She had moderately loose upper arm skin but did not want the long scars involved with a full brachioplasty (arm lift).
Liposuction removed a liter and a half of fat from her arms through tiny incisions hidden in skin creases. After surgery, she wore a compression garment under her clothes for a full three months.
Follow up photos are shown a year after surgery. Her arm contour is improved significantly. She still has some upper arm and armpit loose skin which does not bother her. She has the option to have this skin trimmed through a brachioplasty in the future.
