Before and after labiaplasty in a 32 year old woman. She had excess labia minora tissue that got stuck to her inner thighs while walking and exercising, and she wanted it to “look prettier”.
A labiaplasty trimmed a majority of this excess tissue and maintained a normal labia appearance. Follow up photos are shown at 3 months after surgery. She now can run and sit on a spinning bike without discomfort and is much more comfortable in intimate settings.
