Before and after labiaplasty involving a 33-year-old woman who was experiencing discomfort from her long labia minora tissue. She had a physically demanding job and didn’t want to have to worry about this area or which underwear to wear on particularly strenuous days at work.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue using the “trim technique”. The specimen is shown in the second set of images. After surgery, she took a full week off work and then worked from home on her second postoperative week.
Follow up photos are shown 6 weeks after surgery with a very nice early result! She still has some palpable edema (firm swelling that can be felt with the fingertips) that will gradually resolve over the next 6 weeks. She already is experiencing freedom from thinking about her labia region, ever!
