Before and after labiaplasty in a 20-year-old woman. She was self-conscious about her long labia minora tissue and wanted a procedure that would help her feel more comfortable when undressing in front of others and to have less discomfort when exercising or hiking.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue but preserved a normal amount of tissue, keeping a natural looking appearance. Early follow up photos are shown just 2 weeks after surgery. She is already more comfortable and looks forward to her first hike in a week or two from now.
