Before and after left unilateral (single-sided) labiaplasty in a 26-year-old woman. She felt embarrassed that one of her labia always slipped out from her vulva when she stood up and got stuck to her thigh when she walked or ran.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora on the left side only. Her right labia minora was not modified. After surgery, she took a three week break from exercise and worked from home for the first week.
Follow up photos are shown 2 months after surgery, with greatly improved symmetry to her labia region and a happy patient!
