Before and after labiaplasty in a 34-year-old woman with long labia minora tissue. She found exercise and having sex uncomfortable and wanted a more tucked-in appearance to her vulva.
A labiaplasty trimmed length of her labia minora but left a normal amount of tissue behind, preserving a natural appearance.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. She actually enjoys exercise now and no longer has discomfort with sexual intercourse.
