Before and after labiaplasty in a 43-year-old woman. She felt uncomfortable exercising and said she had to “move things out of the way” when she went pee or had sex.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora but left a normal amount of labia tissue behind, preserving a normal and natural appearance to this part of her body.
Follow up photos are shown 6 weeks after surgery. She has resumed exercise and feels comfortable doing all her usual activities - especially sex!
