Before and after labiaplasty in a 59-year-old woman. At the same time as a breast procedure, she wanted to trim excess length of her labia minora.
A labiaplasty used the “trim technique” to trim only the excess labia minora that hung outside her labia majora. After surgery, she was already taking time off work to recover from her breast implant revision. If the labiaplasty was her only procedure, she could have returned to work after one week and resumed exercise in 3-4 weeks.
Follow up photos are shown 5 months after surgery.
