Before and after labiaplasty a 26-year-old woman. She had discomfort related to her labia minora and was seeking an improved appearance to her external genitalia and relief from her symptoms.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue but left a normal amount of labia tissue behind. Follow up photos are shown 1 year postoperatively.
