Before and after labiaplasty in a 33 year old woman. She felt discomfort when wearing jeans and found intercourse was painful on occasion due to her extra labia minora flaps.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora tissue, which included the darkly pigmented and rough-textured mucosa. Healthy pink labia minora was left behind on both sides. Follow up photos are shown 4 months after surgery. She no longer has discomfort or pain with any clothing type or with sex. She feels she has a new lease on life!
