Before and after abdominoplasty in a mother of triplets!  She had a significant “rectus diastasis” (separation of the rectus abdominis muscles away from each other in the abdominal midline).  “Multiple gestations” (more than one baby at a time) accentuate the separation and promote even more severe diastasis.

She wasn’t looking “to be a supermodel”; she just wanted to repair the separation, feel more comfortable when doing sit-ups and have a somewhat flatter abdomen.

An abdominoplasty removed excess lower abdominal skin, it repaired and then reinforced even tighter her abdominal muscles, and pulled her abdominal wall skin more tightly downward.  Liposuction removed excess fat from her abdomen, flanks and pubic region.

Follow up photos are shown a year and a half after surgery.  She achieved her goals!
