Before and after abdominoplasty in a 34 year old mother of twins and one singleton. Her abdominal wall was stretched out after her pregnancies, and it felt like her "guts were going to fall out when doing planks".
An abdominoplasty repaired her muscles and corrected her rectus diastasis in the midline, extending from her xiphoid process above to her pubic bone below. Excess skin and stretch marks were removed, and her belly button was inset in a natural position on her belly.
Liposuction of her pubic region and flanks completed the procedure. Follow up photos are shown one year after surgery.
