Before and after liposuction of the neck in a 32-year-old woman. At the same time as a breast reduction and liposuction of her axillary rolls, she wanted to improve the contour of her neck. She had always had some “baby fat” here, despite being very physically fit and training to be a fitness instructor.
Liposuction permanently removed nearly a full cup of fat (200 cc) through a single incision hidden under her chin. After surgery, she wore a compression strap as much as possible for a full two weeks - until the bruising resolved.
Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery, with a dramatically improved jawline contour and a subtle, natural looking result.
