Before and after bilateral breast augmentation and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 31-year-old woman with congenital breast asymmetry and mildly tubular breasts. She wanted much fuller breasts and better symmetry, like when she was breastfeeding.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position, through an incision hidden in her breast crease. Liposuction removed fat from her armpits through a tiny incision in her axillary crease. After surgery, she took a week off work and three weeks off exercise.
Follow up photos are shown 3 weeks after surgery. She has slightly more swelling on her right dominant side and subtle armpit edema from the liposuction (firm, lumpy swelling), which will gradually resolve with more time. She loves her outcome already!
