Before and after labiaplasty in a 19-year-old woman. She wanted a very subtle, natural looking result but to have less labia minora tissue protruding outward from her labia majora when she stood upright.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess length of her labia minora but kept a significant amount behind. A clitoral hood reduction is always done together with the “trim technique” in labiaplasty surgery – as part of the procedure.
Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery. She achieved her aesthetic goals and has more comfort now while running and biking!
