Before and after labiaplasty involving both the labia majora and labia minora in a 3 8-year-old woman. As part of her Mommy Makeover which included a breast augmentation, tummy tuck and liposuction, she wanted a more “tucked and tidy” labia region. She specifically wanted less looseness to her labia majora and less length to her labia minora.
Her labiaplasty trimmed both lips of the vagina, the outer lips (labia majora) and the inner tissue (the labia minora). After surgery, she was already taking a full month off work to recover from her abdominoplasty, so she found her labiaplasty recovery very easy in comparison to the other surgeries.
Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery. The last image shows the tissue removed from the labia majora on the outside and the labia minora on the inside during surgery.
