Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 46-year-old woman.
A breast reduction removed approximately three quarters of a pound of excess breast tissue from each breast, with slightly more removed from her right larger side. Her remaining breast tissue was lifted and reshaped using the auto-augmentation technique. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown a year and a half after surgery with faded incisions and a natural looking and proportional outcome.
