Before and after bilateral inverted nipple correction in a 36-year-old woman. She felt self-conscious about her nipple asymmetry and the fact that her right nipple never fully came out. She was relieved to learn that cosmetic nipple surgery can be done awake, under local anesthesia with only two weeks of downtime.
Her nipples were brought out and made more everted during an in-office Plastic Surgery procedure performed after injection of numbing medication. Inhaled laughing gas and an oral anti-anxiety medication. After surgery, she took one week off work and resumed exercise at two and a half weeks.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after her procedure. She just found out that she is pregnant, and is relieved to know that breastfeeding should still be possible after inverted nipple correction.
