Before and after liposuction of the abdomen and flanks at the same time as a breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 46-year-old woman. She had felt unable to exercise and be physically active due to the large size of her breasts.
Liposuction removed three liters of fat from her abdomen, flanks and pubic region, and a breast reduction made her breasts a more manageable size and lifted, which in turn allowed her to finally move her body in an efficient way.
Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery, with maturing scars and less subcutaneous fat in her midsection. She is embarking on a weight loss journey and is motivated to eat healthy, get fit and further enhance her results with more hard work!
