Before and after labiaplasty in a 34-year-old woman. Her long labia minora was causing discomfort, pulling and swelling to her genital region every time she exercised or wore tight pants. She wanted to reduce the length of her labia but maintain a normal and natural looking result.
A labiaplasty using the “trim technique” removed much of her long, darkly pigmented and cobblestone-like textured labia minora, leaving a good amount of labia minora behind. After surgery, she took one week off work and three weeks off exercise.
Follow up photos are shown a year and half after surgery. After coming from her annual visit with her OB-GYN, she reported that her doctor confirmed that she would not have known she had undergone a labiaplasty, as her anatomy looked “non-surgical and natural”.
