Before and after bilateral inverted nipple correction in a 30-year-old woman. Her left nipple was more severely inverted than the right, but both nipples bothered her enough to seek correction.
Inverted nipple correction was performed in the office under local anesthetic. After surgery, she wore a protective nipple donut cover to avoid pressure on her nipple. She took two weeks off exercise and worked from home the first week after surgery.
Follow up photos are shown 2 months after her procedure. She has greatly improved symmetry and no longer feels self-conscious in intimate settings or in the locker room.
