Before and after labiaplasty in a 27-year-old woman. She was uncomfortable wearing certain types of pants and felt self-conscious in a bathing suit, worried that her long labia minora would slip out of place.
A labiaplasty using the trim technique removed excess length of her labia minora but maintained a normal and natural appearance to her vulva – the female external genitalia.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. She is very satisfied with her results and never thinks about her labia now – ever!
