Before and after MACS lift and liposuction of the neck in a 54-year-old woman. At the same time as an upper lid blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) and liposuction of the body, she wanted to improve the contour of her neckline.
A MACS (minimal access cranial suspension) lower facelift/neck lift with liposuction of the submental region permanently removed fat from under her chin, lifted her jowls and created a more sculpted contour to her jawline.
After surgery, she took several weeks off work and a full month off exercise. Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery, with mature scars (located in front of the ear and under her sideburn) and a natural looking result!
