Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 30-year-old woman. She had heavy, hanging breasts that prevented her from finding tops that fit properly and brought unwanted attention to her chest.
A breast reduction removed over two pounds of excess breast tissue from each side. The auto-augmentation technique was used to lift and reshape the rest of her breast tissue. Liposuction permanently removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Long-term follow up photos are shown 4 years after surgery, with mature scars and a happy patient, who usually goes braless now!
